Note: Only those with the proper permissions may deactivate current users


Click on the users initials in the upper right hand corner then choose Users 



Search for the employee


Remove the check mark next to the Active box then click Save




Any custom reports or report schedules assigned to the user will be removed, click Continue



If the user has any open leads assigned to them they will need to be reassigned by using the drop down or going to the transfer open leads page. Users can click on the link to review how to transfer the open leads.

When the user is searched for no record will be found.
