Accounting:
Vendor: Can add/edit vendors. Note: the accounting portion at the bottom can also be set by the manager provided they have the proper accountant permissions and access. For the link below, the steps to adding the vendor do not include the accounting portion.

Discounts: May apply discounts under the customer profile
