What is a DX1 user (from a billing perspective)?
A user in the DX1 DMS system is defined as any active user that is set up with access to the system with a user role that is not one of the following roles/exceptions:
Marketing Manager - As primary role with no Secondary roles
Website Administrator - As primary role with no Secondary roles
Service Technician (specifically for technicians entering story information in service invoices) - As primary role with no secondary role. Can have custom permissions turned on with these specific options selected:
Service - Service Sales
Service - Service Sales - New Work Estimate
Service - Technician Timeclock
Administrator (Specifically for multi store time clock) - As primary role with no secondary role. Can have custom permissions turned on with these specific options selected:
Accounting - Time Clock
Accounting - Accounting Reports - Time Clock
Accounting - Accounting Reports - Time Clock Detail
Dealership Settings - Time Clock
*Please note that when a billable user is added that is above your contracted user count this will increase their bill by $50 per month.
