Lead Status Thresholds are set to indicate if a lead is Overdue or Critical in terms of follow up. A lead is flagged as Overdue or Critical if the lead status has not been updated since the date and time of creation, based on the number of days and hours set for each threshold.

                                                      

Navigate to the Dashboard.

                                

Click the Lead Setting tile from the "Customers and Leads" tile set.                           

                            

                                                          

                            

                              

Select Lead Status Threshold from the left hand navigation menu.

                         

                            

                                                   

                            

                               

Select the days and hours from the drop down menus for Overdue and Critical Leads.

                               

Overdue leads will display with orange font and critical in red.

                               

Click Save.
