Note: The dealer must have the SMS feature active before the feature can be used. If the feature is not yet active the following tile will show:
Before the feature can be used, a mobile number must be assigned for the user. Click on the initials in the upper right hand corner, then click Dealership settings then Users
Add the mobile number in the provided field then click save
Click Lead Setting then Notifications/Assignments
SMS can be used in the following sections for lead assignment:
Automatic Lead Assignment:
Click the SMS toggle as shown then choose the user from the drop down
After the lead has been assigned to the user with the SMS feature active, here is an example of a message received:
