The lead status will update automatically as you go through the Road to the Sale stages. You may also change the lead status via the Working Sales page.
Select Update Status icon From the overview section at the top of the lead
Select either Lost or Bad from the dropdown list and select the appropriate subset.
The statuses that are available through this status change option are:
- Closed and Bad statuses:
- Bad Contact Info
- Customer Deceased
- Moved out of Area
- Closed and Lost statuses:
- Bought Elsewhere
- Could Not Finance
- Lead Expired
Click Save to save your changes.
A window will display asking for further information and/or a note for each option.
