Dealers will need to contact support at 877-944-6766 to have this process put into place. Once this is done follow the steps below.

Search for the Microsoft Authenticator App  from your app store ( apple or android)  Note: for this example the steps will be shown for an android device. 

Once installed, open the app and choose Add Account 

Choose Personal Account 

Enter email then click next 

Choose Use my Microsoft Authenticator app 

Tap the number on the screen to sign in
