The vendor return itself


Users can check to see if a vendor return has been processed by clicking on the vendor return tile. 





Click on the Status drop down box on the left.  Users can see three types of vendor returns:


Created

Completed

Voided 



Users can verify the following information in the vendor return area, against what they have in Quickbooks or what may still be sitting in the reconciliation screen before posting. For this example a completed return is shown. 



The entries after  reconciliation is done





Once the entries have been sent to Quickbooks, dealers can apply the credits from the return to outstanding parts inventory bills. See link below for instructions
