Click the Gear icon.

Select Internet Options.

Select the Privacy tab.

Click the Settings button under Pop-up Blocker.

Type dx1app.com into the Address of website to allow: field.

Click Add.

Click Close.

Within Firefox, select Preferences from the main drop down icon in the right hand corner of the screen.

Navigate to the Content tab.

Click Exceptions.

Type dx1app.com in the Address of website: field.

Click Allow.                                    

Close the window.

Within Safari, select Preferences from the Safari drop down menu.                                

Click the Security tab.

Un-check the Block pop-up windows button.

Ensure Allow Plug-ins is checked.

Close the window.
