Navigate to the Dashboard.
Select the Calls tile under the “Customers" tile set.
Calls will be listed in the order in which they were received. Select the column header to sort in ascending or descending order.
You may enter a name, phone number, or address into the search field and click Search.
To add a lead, select the + icon in the far right column.
The Add Phone Lead screen displays.
NOTE: Caller details, where available, will be pre-populated.
Complete all required fields.
Add a Unit of Interest or Trade-In at the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: This will attach the call audio to the resulting lead and be available for review by selecting the Audio Icon on the Working Sales page. Note that audio is only available for 30 days.
The Working Sales page displays.
You may now work the lead through the sale.
