NOTE: Recordings are only available for 30 days.

                            

                             

Navigate to the Dashboard.

                          

Select the Calls tile under the “Customers" tile set.

                                                                             

                            

                              

Calls will be listed in the order in which they were received.

                             

Select the column header to sort in ascending or descending order.

                          

To review a call recording, select the audio icon in the Review column.

                           

                            

                                                     

                            

                                

The Call Review dialog screen displays.

                                

Use the player control to control the volume and playback of the audio.

                            

                            

NOTE: Audio is available for any call placed within a 30 day time frame, and is not available for older calls.

                            

                               

Click Close to return to the Call List.

                                

You may also listen to the audio on the lead details page if you have created the call lead already.
