Overdue items are located in a list at the top of the Planner main page. You may sort the list via Date, Time, Customer Name, Description, Action, or how long the item has been overdue. You may also narrow your search by selecting or deselecting Appointment, Call, Email, or To-Do from the dropdown menu.

                            

To view the details of an overdue item, click on the particular event in the list.

                            

                                                        

                            

 

                            

If an item is complete click the check icon.
