Navigate to the Dashboard.                                

Select the Add Lead tile under the “Customers” tile set.                       

                            

                                                   


Note: You can also add a lead on the Customer Information page within the Working Sales tab for an existing customer.

                            

                                                       

                            

                               

Select the lead source from the drop down menu and click OK                       

                            

                                                      

                            

  A Customer Search dialogue displays. This ensures that you don’t duplicate customers when entering a lead.  Enter the customer information and click Search to search DX1.                               


If the customer is in the system, select the appropriate customer in the list and click Add Selected.                             

If the customer is not in the system, click the +Add button                          

                            

                                                  

                                                        

Once you select or add the customer associated with the lead, DX1 brings you to the Add Lead page.                           

Complete all the required fields and scroll to the bottom of the page to add a Unit of Interest or Trade In unit.                              

Once all the information has been entered, click Save.
