Using the job completed toggle provides dealers with a way to add a date to job completion. This will allow dealers to:
- Accurately report at the job level.
- Receive internal notifications

- Marking Jobs as Complete
- Un-completing jobs
- How to view the status in the RO sales list
- Reporting
- Marking Jobs as Complete
- Once you feel a job is complete you can set the toggle to "Complete"
- Make sure to set the Job Completed date
- The calendar always defaults to the current date
- Once the Job Completed toggle is set to on you will see that the ability to change the date is locked.
- If you forget to toggle the job to complete, DX1 will do it for you when you complete the invoice, with the invoice completion date.
- This will be the date that is used in all Job Completed reports
- Un-completing jobs
- To uncomplete a job or to change the Job Complete date, simply toggle the Job Complete to "Off".
- Dates do not tie to uncomplete jobs, meaning you will not see any reporting job information with the toggle-off.
- Once you make the needed changes you can reset the Job Completed toggle to on and keep the original Completed date or you can set a new job completed date.
- To uncomplete a job or to change the Job Complete date, simply toggle the Job Complete to "Off".
