Navigate to the DX1 Dashboard
Click on “Lead Settings” tile under Customer and Leads tile set.
Select Notifications/Assignments from the menu on the left
Use these toggles and settings to create round robin lead assignments and set up lead notification.
Create round robin Lead Assignments and Notifications based on lead type:
Turn the toggle next to each lead type you want to assign to “ON” to set the way lead notifications are sent:
Toggle options include Email and/or SMS.
You may select just one option or both.
Please note, SMS Notification feature is only available to DX1 End to End dealers and requires users to have a mobile number in their user settings.
Once the toggle is “ON” for the selected Lead Type, select which users will be assigned the lead and receive lead notifications from the Users dropdown menu. Click “Save” on the top right to save your selections. Leads will be assigned to those selected users in a round robin fashion.
Configure Managers to receive notifications for all leads:
If you would also like your managers to receive Lead Notifications when a lead is submitted and assigned, again:
Select the method(s) by which those notifications are sent: Email and/or SMS toggle ON under “Lead Notification for Management Role” section.
Select one or more users from the Users dropdown list.
Click “Save” on the top right to save your selections.
All selected users with Management roles will receive a notification for those Leads.
Configure users to receive notifications when a Web Form is submitted
If you want notifications to be sent when a Web Form is submitted, again:
Turn on the toggle Email and/or SMS next to Form Type under Web Form Notification section indicating method of communication
Select one or more users from the Users dropdown list.
Click “Save” on the top right to save your selections.
Note: *Web Form Notifications will be sent to all selected users for the selected forms only when the 'Automatic Lead Assignment' is not set for those forms.
