Navigate to the Dashboard.

                              

Select Dealership Settings from the "Admin Drop Down Menu."

                                                    

                                                      

                            

                               

Select the Time Clock tab in the left hand navigation.

   

                             

Ensure the Use Time Clock checkbox is checked.

                            

                            

                                                 

                            

                              

Select or input the Payroll Start Date along with Payroll Period type from the dropdown menu.

 

                               

Note:  The question mark icon next to payroll period type when clicked will provide definitions for the different payroll periods available for the dealership.


                                

Search for or select a manger from the Employee Setup list.                        

                                                         

 Set the Hire Date, Overtime setting, and passcode for the employee. If the user is a manager click the check boxes for additional employees that the manager can see time entries made by those other employees.  Click Save once complete

                       

 


The user will then be taken back to the main time clock screen.  Click Save.
