Navigate to the Dashboard.


Select Dealership Settings from the Administrative drop down menu.



Click Email Template Settings from the left hand navigation menu.



Click Add to create a new template.





Email Template pop up window will display



Label the Template   

          

Include a Subject 

                   

Create your Custom Template


Select a form from “Set as default template” dropdown field

 

Click save




The custom auto response is now created for the form you selected above.
