In some cases, manufacturers make a California Legal Model as well as a Non-California Legal Model. DX1 uses (CA) as an identifier to help you select the correct model to display on your website.

Why do you see (CA) after the description on some DX1 Models?

DX1 uses (CA) as a visual identifier for models that are available for sale within the state of California but not limited to California.

In some cases, the manufacturers make a California Legal Model as well as a Non-California Legal Model. DX1 refers to these as 50 State Models and 49 State Models respectively.

Because Model Codes, Specifications, Features and Pricing could potentially be different, we want to ensure that we help you select the correct models for your dealership.

With some of our legacy data, the system may not know if both a 50 State Model and 49 State Model exist. When this occurs, we simply create a 50 State model that can be used in all scenarios and you will see (CA) on these Models as they are available for sale within California as well as 49 other States.
