Muti-location dealers are now able to search multiple locations to see if a unit is available once a model or inventory item has been added to a major unit quote or deal. 


Note: This feature can only be used by dealerships with more than one location 


Once the model or in-inventory unit has been added, click on the unit highlighting it in blue.  The Dealership tab will show that the unit is available at other location(s). 


Note: Descriptive Code is what is used to display available in-inventory units.  This will include in-inventory units across different year ranges as well as colors.    




Note: The in stock unit found in the second dealership is for informational purposes only. In the event the unit being added to the quote is not in inventory, dealers can choose to transfer that unit from the other dealership if applicable. Click the link below for instructions.
