The Technician Job Sheet is designed to provide dealers with a quick way to print only the job information most relevant to the technician without printing the entire repair invoice for all units, all jobs.


Technician Job Sheet Details Include:

  • Job Title
  • Work Estimate or Repair Order Number
  • Customer First and Last Name and Phone Number
  • Waiting with Unit Status
  • Appointment Dates and Times
  • Technicians with Allocated Hours in Technician Time Clock
  • Job Description
  • Part Numbers, Parts Descriptions, and the Status of the Parts. (Sold, S/O, LWY, Pu)
  • Recommended Repairs
    • This area will always print blank. It is intended for the recommended repairs to come as a note from the tech to the service office, not the other way around.
  • Repair Resolutions:
    • This area will always print blank. It is intended for the repair resolutions to come as a note from the tech to the service office, not the other way around.
  • Tech Hours Worked:
    • This area will always print blank. It is intended for the tech hours worked to come as a note from the tech to the service office, not the other way around.


  • The Technician Job Sheet is located in the Invoice Details page within the work estimate or repair order.
    1. To print the Technician Job Sheet, select the Invoice Details option in the left navigation menu of the WE/RO
    2. Select the desired unit and job
    3. Click the printer icon next to the Job Title.


Note: If you have installed Direct Printing in DX1, the job sheet will automatically print straight to the printer. If you do not have Direct Printing installed then you will use the existing print process in DX1.
