Click on the users initials in the upper right hand corner then choose Dealership Settings 

Choose Service Setting from the menu on the left 

Scroll down to the fees section.  Click on an existing fee. 

A new toggle has been added on the right of the fee amount box.  Toggle on to make the fee taxable then click save 

NOTE: ALL FEES ARE NOW TAXED AT THE DEALERSHIP RATE 

Add the fee as normal from the estimate or repair order.  A new line item will be added under the Taxes section of the RO

In the above example the dealership also changes tax on labor. If the dealership does not charge tax on labor then only the tax on the service fee will show.

Taxes can still be edited from the invoice as well, click the edit pencil next to the fee.

The tax amount, percentage, and set to exempt as needed. Once edited click save 

Note: If taxes were added by mistake or need to be removed the tax amount will need to be zeroed out.  Once added they cannot be deleted.
