Watch the video or follow the instructions below: 

1. Once inside the repair order, assign the technician from the dropdown box, then click on the Technician Time Clock icon.

2. Enter the passcode then click OK.

3. Choose Clock In.

4. An entry for the time will show. 

5. Click the Cancel button to return to the repair order.

Note: When the Technician Time Clock feature is used, the worked hours will be grayed out because the technician is recording the worked hours each time they clock in or out. 

6. To clock out, click the icon .


7. Enter the passcode, then click OK.

9. Choose the Clock Out button.  The entry will be recorded with the hours worked and the allocated hours for the job. 

Note: for those users who have not been setup to use the Technician Time Clock feature the user will get the following error if the Time Clock icon is clicked:

11. Users not setup to use Technician Time Clock ( in this example: GLogin) will need to continue adding in their worked hours as normal.
