Viewing Your Online Products
Navigate to the Online Shop tile on the ‘Websites’ section of the Dashboard
The Online Shop screen will list all marketing catalogs for which your Dealership is authorized. Click on a catalog to view the products within
Once on the Catalog Details screen, you may search scroll through and search for products contained in the catalog
Filtering Marketing Catalogs
Using the filters at the top of the screen, you can filter the marketing catalogs that appear on the screen.
Vendor: This is the vendor associated with the marketing catalog
Display Online: Filter between marketing catalogs that are currently visible on your website and those that are not
Cart: Filter between marketing catalogs that allow customer checkout and those that do not
Catalog Name: Enter keywords to find a specific marketing catalog
Removing a Marketing Catalog from Your Website
Locate the catalog you wish to remove from your site on the Online Shop screen and set the toggle in the Display Online column to the OFF position. All products in the catalog will be removed from your website.
Setting the toggle back to the ON position will expose the products in the catalog on your website once again.
Disabling Checkout for a Marketing Catalog
If you wish to prevent customers from making purchases for one or more catalogs, locate the catalog(s) you wish to remove from your site on the Online Shop screen and set the toggle in the Cart column to the OFF position. All products in the catalog will remain on your website, but customers will not have the option to add them to the shopping cart.
Setting the toggle back to the ON position will re-enable adding items from the catalog to the shopping cart.
Managing Stock Visibility*

Use the Stock Settings to choose whether out of stock products appear on your website, and to alert customers of a product’s stock status.
Navigate to the Online Shop tile on the ‘Websites’ section of the Dashboard
Select the Stock Settings option in the left hand menu
Hiding Out of Stock Products
By default, all products in a catalog are displayed on your website. You can hide out of stock items by changing the Product Availability toggle to ‘In-Stock’ and hitting Save to apply changes.
When In-Stock is selected, only products with an On Hand value of one (1) or more will appear on your website.
Changing this option back to All will re-add out of stock products to your website.
Display Inventory Status
The stock status of products can be displayed on your website, and the descriptors can be customized.
By default, all out of stock products will appear with a banner reading ‘Sold Out’
Toggle Stock Status Indicator
Set the toggle to the ON position to display the stock indicator for in stock or out of stock products on your website. Or OFF to remove it. The Out of Stock indicator is enabled by default.
Customize Stock Status Indicator
Set the toggle to the ON position for the desired stock status. You may customize the indicator by changing the text in the Title field.
The default values are ‘In-Stock’ and ‘Sold Out.’
Managing Prices
By default, products will use the MSRP/retail as the web price. If you are utilizing the DX1 DMS, and a product is in stock, your DSP will be used instead.
You can adjust prices in several ways:
Individual product
Product groups (for example, all color/size combinations of a specific product group)
Setting a discount on an entire Marketing Catalog
Setting a discount on a specific level of a Marketing Catalog
Set Individual Product Price
From the Online Shop screen, select a marketing catalog, then a product.
If there are multiple variants of the product, select the SKu you would like to edit in the Select a Product dropdown
Change the Current Price dropdown to ‘Web Price,’ then enter your desired price in the Web Price field
Select Save to save your changes.
Set Price for All Products in a Group
From the Online Shop screen, select a marketing catalog .Locate the product group you wish to edit and select the Edit (pencil) icon
Enter your desired price in the Web Price field.
Select Save to save your changes.
