Here are some highlights of the next DX1 Release scheduled for Monday, June 12th, 2023
Tax Rates - We now have the monthly automated tax rate updates running again. We now provide a finer level of tax rate detail, so for a given City / County you may notice multiple rates to select from. This allows for more accurate taxation but it also means that it is very important that you make sure you select the correct rate for your dealership and for each customer when they are first added.
Parts Labels
Parts Label Printing page has been optimized to make it much clearer and easier to use
Print labels for parts where the price has changed - From the Parts Label Printing page you now have the option to select to print new labels for all parts where the Price has changed since the last time labels were printed
When printing labels from a Parts Inventory Detail page you now have the option to specify how may labels you would like to print
Alternate Part Code - You now have the option to enter an alternate part code for any inventory part. The new field will be included in any search you do for a part (Invoicing, Ordering and Receiving). There are two primary reasons for adding an alternate part code 1) You want to add a UPC to a public part 2) You want to add “short codes” to commonly used part numbers to make them easier to pull up.
