DX1 is super excited to announce our newest service package - the exclusive DX1 Concierge Website Support. Perfect for the dealer who doesn’t have time to make their own website updates and would like the flexibility of utilizing DX1 resources for website support and site changes. You have enough to manage already - let DX1 manage content changes, slideshow images, website updates, and more. For more information contact your Account Manager or visit our Knowledge Center.

BRP Warranty Claims
To make it easier for dealers to accurately submit warranty claim data to BRP, we have added a new warranty submit button to the service warranty page. Once you have filled out all the required information on the warranty claim, you can click a button that will send the information straight to BRP and will return a claim number within a short amount of time.
The third party tool used for reporting has been upgraded to the newest version. You will notice some small changes in the interface as well as some additional tools not offered in the previous version.
Changes you will notice:
Report parameters are now at the top instead of the left side
To run a report click the “Preview” button, before it was “View Report”
You can now “Refresh” the data in a report without rerunning it
Zoom in and out to make it easier to read
Toggle to full screen
Use the “Move tool” to drag the report around on the screen with your mouse
