Note: A valid API Access Key Must be entered for the feature to work. Users will need to contact their Tucker Rocky rep or their DX1 Account manager if they do not have this key.  If applicable,  click on the Tucker Rocky Ordering: Setup Instructions before moving forward.  


Tucker Rocky Ordering: Setup Instructions


From the ordering screen, add parts or choose Tucker Rocky from the drop down menu 




Click New PO 




Click the Menu button in the upper right hand corner and then choose Create Cart 


Once the cart has been created, users have the ability to change:


Where to ship the parts (the default is the dealership)  but the dealer can also specify a Drop To location.


If Drop Ship is selected, search or add the customer.




Carriers (The companies that will ship the parts)  with the Tucker system the user will need to  specify a Carrier at the Order level and or at the DC (Distribution Center) level.  The selected DC Carrier will override the Carrier set at the order level.  If no Carrier is specified users will want to check the Tucker Rocky Ordering: Setup Instructions. If a carrier is not selected  Tucker will ship the order via your default Carrier.





Note: The feed DX1 gets from Tucker Rocky does not include any fees or shipping charges




Special Instructions for Tucker: User can also select from the drop down default choices for the order along with additional notes (55 character limit) 

The three defaults from the drop down are: 


IMMEDIATELY PROCESS ORDER

CALL ME TO CONFIRM ORDER

HOLD ORDER - SPECIAL ATTENTION




Allow Tucker to split order: User can set this toggle if applicable. Note: Total price may change if the toggle is activated) 




After the cart has been created The following information is shown: 


Warehouse availability: This will show the quantity of each part currently available in each Distribution Center, a 9 means 9 or more are available




Trashcan Icon: Parts may be removed from the Cart by clicking on the trashcan icon, parts may also be added directly from this screen as well


Note:  If a stock part is added to the cart the QTY can be changed


Note: Special order part QTY cannot be changed


Note: When removing parts using the trashcan icon: 


If a stock part is removed, it is completely removed from the cart as well as the DX1 ordering screen 




Note: If the stock part being removed Has a Min/Max default the part WILL show back up in the ordering area 


If a special order part is removed, that part will be removed from the cart, but remains in DX1 ordering to be added to the cart again under a different order


Example: The Special Order part is removed from the cart, but now appears back in DX1 ordering 



Once all items have been added to the Cart click Validate in the upper right hand corner




A warning will show if there are issues with any of the parts that must be fixed before being submitted.  Click close to review issues



Under the Alerts section hover over the red “!” icon as shown to see the issue information



Once all invalid parts have been removed, click validate again.  


When all parts have been successfully validated the following message will appear,click close




Note: the validation process may update the Order Qty and or item Cost, any change will be highlighted in red, please be sure to review these before clicking Submit


Note: Once the order has been validated the Availability column will be updated to reflect the current availability of the parts


Click Submit




Note: The submit button will only be active if all parts have been validated


Once submitted users can track the status of the order though DX1.  In the Ordering List Click on the Order Tracking icon shown for the Tucker Rocky PO 




Note: When receiving if the part is canceled on the PO  this will only cancel the receiving process within DX1.  Users will still need to go directly to Tucker to cancel the order as well, a warning will appear once a value is placed in the cancelled field, this warning will go away.
