When changes have been made within DX1 dealers will often need to check or manually update their version of DX1.  


Part 1: Checking your current installed version of the Windows 10 Application:


Make sure you are logged into DX1 in the Windows 10 application. 


From the dashboard click your initials in the top right hand corner of the screen and select the settings tab.



Once in the settings tab, in the lower left hand corner of your screen you should see the version number




If your version number is the same as shown in the image above you are good to go! 


Part 2: What do I do if my version number does not show 2019.9.6.0?


Open the Microsoft store on your computerIf you are unfamiliar with the Microsoft store it looks like a small shopping bag, typically pinned on your toolbar. Or you can open the start menu and type in store and find it that way. 



Once the Microsoft store is open you can click the three dots in the upper right hand corner and select downloads and updates. 




Once you have clicked downloads and updates your computer may automatically start checking for updates on your currently installed applications. If it does not you may need to select the get updates button




Once you have clicked get updates your computer should install the latest version of the DX1 for Windows 10 Application
