A new look and features have been added to the workflow tab inside reputation management.  




Dealers can now assign tasks to individual users, Click the Create Task button in the upper right hand corner

   





Fill out the applicable fields then click Save







Click on Tasks on the left.  A list of all current tasks will show including:


Name of the task 


Assignee 


Status


Priority 


When it was created and it's due date




Click on the individual task name to edit a task.  Additional filters as shown are available if applicable 



In the example shown the user has been assigned to follow  up on a review from a customer.  Click on Go to review in the lower right hand corner 








The user can either use a saved response template or respond directly to the customer.
