Customer pick up

Shipping to APO/PO boxes 

Suppression of ship to address

Note: APO/FPO and PO box shipping for USPS, to choose a UPS or FedEx choose no.

Suppress Shipping is used for fraud protection 

Shipping tiered pricing is used to offset the cost

Scroll to the bottom of the page.  Users can delete old tier pricing, add, or add a premium flat rate shipping option 

Note: Premium Shipping applies to orders shipped out of the country.  Will be added on top of existing tiers
