Here are the highlights for the next DX1 Release scheduled for Monday, October 19th, 2026

Dashboard Modernization → The modernized dashboard offers a cleaner design and faster access to key insights. With improved load times, modern rounded tiles, and vertical charts, the refreshed design brings your key insights into focus—all without vertical scrolling.
Inventory Listings Updates → Do more with fewer keystrokes with these two improvements to the listings classifieds tool. Jump directly between listings from the inventory detail page without starting a new search, and keep your place with persistent pagination when applying search filters.
DMS
Time Clock Sync → Keep dealership and technician time connected with automatic punch synchronization. Starting a repair-order job can clock the technician into the dealership, while dealership clock-out closes their open job clocks. Enable it in Service Settings.
Service Scheduler → Schedule with fewer clicks and less manual entry. Clicking a technician’s calendar slot now selects both the technician and time, while scheduling from a service job uses its remaining allocated hours. Multi-day appointments carry work across eligible working hours, skipping nights, breaks, and days off.
Technician Time Clock Activation → Start tracking technician job time with direct activation, a setup walkthrough, and an enablement setting available to users who can access Dealership Settings.
Optimized Fiche Navigation → Move through fiche sections with less cursor movement. Select a section from the dropdown or use navigation arrows that stay in a fixed position. Long section names truncate neatly, keeping desktop navigation on one line.
Change Vendor → Change suppliers without rebuilding the customer’s order. Update the vendor directly from Parts Ordering or eligible standard Parts Receiving, moving the remaining open quantity while preserving special-order details and existing history. Choose whether to open the selected vendor or stay on the current page.
Penny Rounding → Simplify cash payments with automatic rounding to the nearest five cents. Enable it on an eligible cash payment method, and DX1 records the Cash Rounding Adjustment separately. Invoice sale amounts, taxes, and non-cash payments remain unchanged.
Parts Transfer → Multi-store organizations can now request and transfer parts between dealerships within the same organization using a complete, purpose-built workflow. With organization-wide inventory visibility, Transfer Out, Smart Receiving, automatic inventory and accounting updates, serialized-part support, and dedicated transfer reporting, dealers can move available inventory where it is needed without relying on parts invoices or manual workarounds.
Take a look, and as always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact DX1 Support at dx1support@dx1app.com or 1.877.944.6766.
