New Price Description Defaults → Control price descriptions on your website by using new default settings for pricing labels and additional price text for inventory, helping keep pricing messages consistent without updating each unit individually. Defaults are automatically applied to newly created inventory, including units imported through DMS Connector, while any unit-specific pricing text is preserved.

Move Parts Where They’re Needed Most →Multi-store organizations can now request and transfer parts between dealerships within the same organization using a complete, purpose-built workflow. With organization-wide inventory visibility, Transfer Out, Smart Receiving, automatic inventory and accounting updates, serialized-part support, and dedicated transfer reporting, dealers can move available inventory where it is needed without relying on parts invoices or manual workarounds. More Control Over Major Unit Model Details→ Dealers can now update the model code, model name, model year, and body type for individual major units when source data is missing or needs correction. These changes follow the unit across inventory, forms, reports, customer communications, online listings, and supported integrations, helping ensure customers and dealership teams see accurate information everywhere.
Faster Multi-Unit and Fleet Sales→ Dealers can now select and add multiple major units to an invoice at once, reducing the time and clicks required for large fleet sales by up to 78%. Batch selection makes it easy to add units quickly while ensuring each unit, package, commission, and applicable warning is processed correctly.
A Faster, Smoother Service Experience→ We’ve improved the performance and responsiveness of service invoices. Updates to jobs, pricing, taxes, fees, units, and other details now appear faster without refreshing the entire screen, helping preserve your place, scroll position, and collapsed sections while you work.
Smarter, Easier Service Scheduling→ The Service Scheduler now provides clearer appointment availability by identifying booked times, technician days off, breaks, and hours outside the dealership’s schedule—helping your team book with greater confidence. This release also adds printable Day and List views, more technician color choices, improved Week-view navigation, and a faster, more consistent appointment window throughout DX1.
Quickly Find Stock Numbers and Warranty Work→ The Service Invoice List now lets you search by Stock Number, making it easier to find service invoices related to internal work performed on major units. Warranty is also included as a second default search criterion, set to All but easily changed to Yes or No for instant visibility into warranty work.
More Flexibility in Smart Receiving→ Smart Receiving now gives you greater flexibility to enter applicable tax amounts across Parts Unlimited, Turn 14, BRP, and future supported vendors. Entered tax is automatically mapped using your dealership’s configured Parts Shipping account, helping keep receiving accurate and accounting entries consistent.
Build Better Customer Data from the Start→ Dealers can now require employees to capture a customer’s phone/SMS number, email address, and physical address as part of the workflow. Making these fields mandatory helps prevent important information from being skipped, improves overall data quality, and builds a more complete customer database for future marketing and communication.
Fix Accounting Pinks Faster → The familiar Fix Pinks experience from the DX1 Accounting App is now available in Web Accounting. When correcting an unmapped transaction, you can apply the same fix to similar transactions and update the underlying account mapping to help prevent future pinks, turning repetitive cleanup into one quick, lasting correction.
Take a look, and as always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact DX1 Support at dx1support@dx1app.com or 1.877.944.6766.
