‘Total Price’ Refinements → Delivers more consistent, transparent pricing across your DX1 website experience. Total Price now carries through key customer touchpoints including payment calculations, Get Price emails, price alerts, monthly-payment estimates and auto-response messaging-helping shoppers see pricing that better reflects applicable offers and charges.
Enhanced Inventory on Demand (IOD v2.0) → Gives dealers and integration partners a richer, more reliable inventory feed with structured pricing, offers and charges, mileage and hours, media, specifications, timestamps, and more. The enhanced feed helps keep syndicated inventory information complete and accurate.
Total Price for Website Search, Filtering & Sorting → Makes it easier for shoppers to find inventory within their actual budget. Website price filters, sorting, and Featured Inventory now use Total Price, so search results better align with the price customers ultimately see- including applicable pricing components.
DMS
Sale Types → Enables more control over how transactions are categorized, accounted for, and reported. Classify Parts, Service, and Major Unit sales as Retail, Wholesale, or custom Sale Types, with the ability to assign corresponding income and cost-of-goods accounts. You can also set customer defaults and filter reports by Sale Type for clearer visibility into performance across different types of business. Learn more about using Sale Types.
Bin Management → Gives parts teams a centralized way to manage bin locations and keeps names consistent across key areas and workflows. You can quickly search, select, add, rename, or remove bin locations, helping reduce manual entry and keep inventory records organized across the dealership. Learn more about using Bin Management.
Smart Receiving Enhancements → Based on your feedback, we’ve made Smart Receiving even more flexible. You can now edit the Actual Invoice Amount, Shipping and Fees, Taxes, and Invoice Date, plus use a new dealership setting to default the Invoice Date to the current date for a faster, more streamlined receiving experience.
Better Mobile Number Identification → When a customer phone number entered in the Phone field is confirmed as an SMS-capable mobile number, DX1 automatically copies it to the Mobile field. This means less manual entry and more reliable SMS communication with your customers.
Take a look, and as always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact DX1 Support at dx1support@dx1app.com or 1.877.944.6766.
