Marketing & DMS
Western Powersports Part Fitment → The days of sifting through paper catalogs, dealer portals, or third-party applications to confirm part compatibility are over. Now, when you add a WPS part number to a parts invoice or open it in Parts Inventory, you'll find a new Fitment option. This feature displays WPS's comprehensive list of compatible Makes, Models, and years for the part. You can quickly filter by Make, Model, or both to easily identify your customer's ride.
This powerful functionality is also available on your eCommerce website. When customers view a product, they can use the Fitment Lookup button to select the Make, Model, Year, and applicable product for their ride.
DMS
Smart Cross-Reference → Figuring out which vendors carry the same product can be difficult. So we did the hard work for you and linked identical products across many catalogs. Now, when you add a part to a parts invoice and the product exists in another catalog, the new Smart Cross-Reference tab will show those options. The tab displays a list of identical products along with key details, including:
MSRP, Cost, and Margin
Quantity on Hand & Available
Warehouse availability (if supplied by the vendor)
This feature allows you to quickly compare options and, with a single click, swap the current part on the invoice with one from the Smart Cross-Reference list. This ensures you can easily select the best option based on stock availability, location, or price.
New Public Parts Catalogs → We added a new public parts catalog, which is available to authorized dealers. It will be automatically updated to ensure you have the most accurate Parts, MSRP & Cost.
