Here are some highlights of the next DX1 Release scheduled for Monday, August 18th, 2025

AI Sales Assistant - Is your newest AI-powered virtual employee. It can help answer questions about vehicle specs, features, promotions, and trade-in values. No longer do you need to drill down to find out nuance specs like the width of a Honda Tallon or trade-in value on a 2020 Yamaha YZ125. Go to the AI Sales Assistant and simply ask it, and it will do the hard work for you.
Bulk Delete Parts from Parts Ordering - No longer do you need to delete parts from ordering one by one. You can now select any parts for stock and remove them all with a couple of clicks, which is significantly quicker than before.
Real-Time Warehouse Inventory for Parts - For Parts Unlimited and CFMoto, you can verify the quantity of stock for any part number in their specific warehouse, if applicable. Nothing needs to be done on your end if you are using the public price files. If you are using a private price file, reach out to support to get access to the public price file.
Composite Report generation now available in DX1 - For dealers using QuickBooks Online, all of the great functionality in the DX1 Accounting app and much more is now available directly in DX1. If you're still using QuickBooks Desktop, get in touch with our team to get transitioned to QuickBooks Online to take advantage of this today!
New Reporting Tool (Early Access) - We are continuing the rollout of our new reporting tool. Based on your requests, we have added or updated 7 Public reports:
MU-107: Major Unit Inventory Not Received (A List of major units that have been added to DX1 but have not yet been received)
MU-202: Major Unit Sales (Added MSRP)
PARTS-116: Tax Exempt Parts Inventory (A list of all parts that have been tagged as tax exempt)
PARTS-117: Kit List (A complete list of all kits)
PARTS-118: Kit List Detail (A complete list of all kits and their associated parts)
PARTS-310: All Open Part Orders (A complete list of all open parts orders at the part line item level)
SERV-304: Major Units Sales without Customer Service History (List of major units that have been sold with no associated Service work)
