DX1 Release December 11th, 2024

Here are some highlights of the next DX1 Release scheduled for Wednesday, December 11th, 2024

DMS
Frequently Bought Together -
This is DX1’s first AI tool, from a parts invoice this feature lets you select a part line and see a list of the most commonly sold parts with that part. This will help your parts sales staff identify additional parts a customer may be interested in purchasing and ultimately increase your parts sales.

Combine a Parts Ticket to a Repair Order - You can now combine any retail parts invoice with a current or new RO even if a payment has been taken or your customer is picking up special ordered parts. This feature allows you to seamlessly transition a parts customer into a service customer, increasing your revenue.

Turn 14 and KPM Parts Availability Lookup - You can check the availability of parts you do not have in stock directly from a parts invoice quickly and easily.  We have added the single click option for Turn 14 and all 10 of the KPM catalog brands, simply click the T14 or KPM icon to check the parts availability in real-time with the supplier.

New Reporting Tool - We are continuing the rollout of our new reporting tool, with this release you will see the “Early Access” report tile for Major Units. We are still working on this but if you would like to take a look, please go ahead and let us know if you have any comments or notice any issues.

Marketing

New Slideshow Setting - We’re excited to introduce a new setting for slideshows! You can now configure your slideshows to display promotional offer details and disclaimers directly within the slideshow. This means shoppers no longer need to click away from the page to determine if the offer is right for them.
To access this feature, go to Slideshow Management. When the “Show Manufacturer Promotions” toggle is enabled, you’ll now see a new option called “Display Disclaimer” toggle.
This feature will be automatically enabled for all DX1 websites. We hope you enjoy this enhanced functionality!

Easily Manage Adjusted Prices on Classified Sites - Say goodbye to the frustration of offers and charges not adjusting the price that appears on CycleTrader, Craigslist, or other classified platforms! We've added a new toggle to every listing, allowing you to use the adjusted price—rather than the current price—when sending listings to these sites.
Offers and charges are automatically included in the unit description, ensuring consumers see the adjusted pricing details clearly.
To use this feature, simply activate the toggle in the ‘Offers and Charges’ section within Listing Inventory. Managing your pricing just got easier and more transparent!

So take a look and as always if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact DX1 Support at dx1support@dx1app.com or 1.877.944.6766.
