Marketing Updates / Features in this Release

Assign Leads or Set up Notifications for Specific Custom Website Forms 

With this release, you can now automatically assign or notify users for any custom form.  It’s as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!

  1. Go To Notification and Assignments under Lead Settings

  2. Scroll down to Other Web Forms and select Add Assignments

  3. Complete the pop-up form and away you go!

Auto Customer Response on All Forms

Our last release added automatic customer responses to Parts, Service, and Contact web forms. In this release, we’re expanding this functionality by allowing you to create custom responses for your custom web forms as well!

  1. Navigate to Email Templates Settings under Dealership Settings 

  2. Select +Add

  3. Create your template, select your custom form and save your changes!

Marketing Bug Fixes in this Release

  • FD# 73696: Fixed an issue where the image expiration date was incorrect on the slideshow management screen

  • Fixed an issue where the in-stock link in mega navigation did not work properly

  • Honda and Can-Am microfiche were updated to include additional details on part data, such as color, where available
