 Operations (DMS) Updates / Features in this Release


Parts

  • Parts Invoice Stacking (Alpha) *this feature will be slowly rolled out to dealers”

    • Our dealers have been asking for the ability to take multiple parts invoices and combine them into one.  With this release we have made this possible, dealers now have the ability to combine on-hold invoice and special order invoice into one invoice for cashiering.

 



3rd Party Integrations

  • BRP RISE - Reset Revenue, Cost and Expense account balances to $0.00 at start of Fiscal Year to mach the reports in QBs

  • Spader Account Balances Reports - Reset Revenue, Cost and Expense account balances to $0.00 at start of Fiscal Year to mach the reports in QBs

  • Honda Financial Report - Final Changes

    • Add additional option for Expense Ratio Allocation  "Just New / Used Ratios"

    • Pull Over 90 Days New / Used Powersports Inventory Counts from DX1 

    • Round the Labor Rate fields to the closest dollar before we send them



   Operations (DMS) Bug Fixes in this Release


Accounting

  • After a dealer goes live on DX1 we have the ability to Create Bills for Major Units that have been added during the data conversion process.  This feature did not include "On Hold" invoices until now.

Major Unit

  • FD#53476 - W10 App - When a user tried to print a requested parts or service invoice from a major unit sales deal they would get a warning message in error “Too many print windows open”, this has been resolved.

  • FD# 52133 - MU Sales - DX1 - Bill of Sale was not consistently showing at the top of the print list, this has been resolved.

  • MU Age Not Updating for Instock / On Hold units After a deal is Voided.  This issue has been solved and all existing data has been cleaned up.

Service

  • FD# 30425 - The standard job list screen in service was not updating the parts totals after price book updates to parts, this has been resolved.

System

  • FD# - W10 App - Instances of W10 App freezing or crashing.  We have resolved issues around printing being the case if the App crashing.

  • FD#41971 - W10 App - Dealers have been unable to print help documents from W10 App, this has been resolved and users can now print.

  • Error - Object reference not set to an instance of an object. - /api/Invoicing/ReProcessVeriFonePayment
